The Yellow Villa

The yellow monstrosity!  Built on a 40×40 lot, there’s some plates and puddles just so you know it belongs to Marsh and Griz!  We stole the cars from the childrens spouses (Shhh 😉 )Um I forgot to note what the prices were, but I’d assume it’s about the same as the blue house, perhaps a litle less (I know!).  Can be downloaded ->HERE<-

The Red Mansion

The culmination of 4 generations of turning lights off and clipping coupons!  The red MacTavish Mansion, features luxurious and spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and even space for entertaining and skilling!  It requires a 50×50 lot, and costs approximately $200,000 unfurnished, and $350,000 furnished.  It can be downloaded ->HERE<-

My Simself:

Here is my Simself all by her lonesome (No Simboyfriend or Simbaby 😦 )  Traits: Over-emotional, Genius, Clumsy, Computer Whiz, Hopeless Romantic.  LTW: Dynamic Forensic DNA Profiler…or something.    Favourites are black and food and music 😉  Awesome I know…Anywho, I don’t really mind what happens to her, if you do use her, feel free to tell me what she gets up too.

Rather than set up a seperate page that looks exactly like the Clan MacTavish page, as I upload the various members of the family I will include a link next to their pictures (On the Clan MacTavish page) when they are available to download.  I was previously using the exchange, and then randomly pretty much anything that no-one liked got deleted.  Rather than continue to suffer losses due to shallow peoples, I have transfered the files to Mediafire, all files are Sims 3 Packages, and are all located in the one folder :3.  I’d like to think it makes things easier.
